Welcome to the Liberty Pools website (the "Site"), operated by Liberty Pools ("Liberty Pools", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about our custom pool design, pool construction, and landscaping services across the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, and Atlantic Canada. You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes only.

3. Quotes, Consultations, and Estimates

Content on the Site, including any figures, project examples, or descriptions, is provided for general information only. Submitting a quote request or consultation form does not create a contract. Quotes, timelines, and scope for any project are only binding once set out in a written agreement signed by Liberty Pools and the client.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, videos, logos, and designs, is the property of Liberty Pools or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or submitting false, misleading, or malicious information through our forms.
